Struempler family visit

Last week Almut's parents and younger brother came to visit and to deliver lots of presents for the baby.

During the visit we showed them around České Budějovice, including a visit to the Black Tower. It was the first time that we had gone up the tower as well. The view (as you can see) was fantastic.

We talked a little to the woman who worked there (at the top of 225 stairs - no lift). She told us that there was no toilet there (not even for her) in the building, and that she had worked there when she had been pregnant. Nice view, but not the best facilities!
