Something stupid I did

Almut has been slightly more clumsy because of the pregnancy. But even she hasn't managed to do this...

On Saturday Almut went out to see some members of church. I went into the lift up to the fifth floor to our apartment, but managed to drop my keys. These then fell down to the bottom of the lift shaft. I had absolutely no idea how to get them out. I rang the door bell of our neighbours, but they were gone for the weekend. I went down to the ground floor and to see if I could get them out. I looked around the lift but I had no clue what to do!

I waited around and asked the first person to turn up. He took the lift up one floor, then used some sort of wire to open the door. Then he got down into the lift shaft gave me the keys, then left. I was very relieved!
