Joys of living in a panelak

There are some advantages of living in a panelak (prefabricated apartment block). You don't have to paint the outside or repair the structure of the building, this will be done for you (of course at some sort of cost). But the timing of the repairs are not always to your convinience. At the moment the boiler room for our and several other panelaks is being repaired. Thus this morning, no hot water. I had a very cold bath. That being said, I am very grateful for all the many blessings the Lord has given me.
