Birth preparation course

Last night Almut and I went along to the birth preparation course for couples expecting a baby. We had about an hour lecture on the birth from a midwife (who happened to be pregnant herself). It was quite interesting, but I think we only understood about a 10th of it due to it being in Czech. We are hoping we didn't miss out on some really important information!
