At the Vyštice

After church on Sunday we went to Vyštice to spend some time with the church members. Vyštice is an old farm house near České Budějovice where a couple from our church live and work. Michal and Daša run a holiday camp there.

We spent some time tidying their garden for them in return for bbq chicken. It was a good time of fellowship, hardwork and eating. The chicken was delicious!

This place used to host training courses for people preparing to work with OM in Europe. Almut actually was on one of those courses in 1998. She found it funny being there after such a long time.

Almut is the experienced missionary out of us two. She was a missionary in Albania, then in Germany and now is in the Czech Republic!
